Quincho's Smash Burger brings the smash-burger method to Jacó: Angus beef pressed thin on a very hot griddle until the edges turn crisp and lacy, topped with melted American cheese and served on artisan brioche.

You'll find us on Avenida Pastor Díaz, at the corner of Calle Bohío, across from Café Bohío — open from 10:00 AM until late, Tuesday to Sunday. Quincho's also has a location in Orotina.

The menu is built for appetite: classic and double burgers, the Oklahoma with smashed-in onions, premium stacks like the Onion BBQ and the Cheeselover, crispy chicken burgers, loaded Smash Fries, wings by the dozen and thick milkshakes.
